Previous KTN presenter Louis Otieno showed up in a Kibera Court to reply to homicide/murder allegations where he is blamed for slaughtering his better half Careen Kipchumba a few years back.
From the nice looking lively man we were accustomed to seeing on our TV screens, we were met by a wiped out, dismal, matured and squandered man.
As indicated by solid sources, the hanky is obviously wiped out and not able to take care of his own bills and depends on his mom, previous KBC presenter Elizabeth Otieno for upkeep.
