Previous President Mwai Kibaki was flown to South Africa yesterday for specific treatment.
The former President had spent the better portion of Sunday at Karen healing facility. However, later at night, an announcement from the family said that Kibaki ban been flown to South Africa, despite the fact that they didn't unveil what was ailing the sickly 84-year-old who is Kenya's third president.
Sources near the family said Kibaki fell sick at his Muthaiga home on Saturday night and was taken to Karen healing center.
Unsubstantiated reports showed that the previous President endured a stroke.
