Official archives now uncover that the assignment comprised of a few joyriders from the Ministry of Sports, National Olympic of Kenya (NOC-K) and even relatives of the said administrators.
The joyriders are said to have been airlifted on the governments financial budget and their bills paid for outside the Olympic Village since they never had accreditation.
From the list, the Sports Ministry is said to have taken the main part of joyriders with four originating from Cabinet Secretary Hassan Wario's office.
