President Mwai Kibaki is reacting great to treatment at the Netcare Sunninghill Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Mr Kibaki, 84, was rushed to South Africa on Sunday evening for treatment after he became sick at his Muthaiga home on Saturday.
As indicated by a source acquainted with his condition cited by the Daily Nation, Kibaki is doing great.
Moreover, a family member told the Standard that Mr Kibaki's wellbeing had "enormously enhanced since he touched base in the healing center subsequent to affliction of a minor stroke".
As per the family member of the Kibakis, the family expects that the former President could be released
