Kakamega Senator, Boni Khalwale, has uncovered that Bomet Governor, Isaac Ruto, has joined the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) through his new gathering, People's Patriotic Party of Kenya (PPPK), prevalently known as Mashinani Party.
As per Khalwale, Ruto, who dropped out with Jubilee Alliance a year ago, consented to a coalition arrangement with Raila Odinga and he is among senior Kalenjin pioneers who will marshal Kalenjin votes to Raila Odinga's bushel in 2017.
